The Mirror and The Wall: Survival Skills for the Courageous. Hybrid (Zoom & In Person) Workshop
How is it possible to open to the greatest light without experiencing the shadow that is inevitable and sometimes as huge as the incoming light? There is no way. To survive being a healer, therapist, coach or any person who wants to help others, it is essential to be intimately acquainted with both and have a strong ability to manage the incoming light and the resulting shadow. If this balance is not in place, you will either burn out or be ineffective at accomplishing your goals.
Every healing tradition from ancient cultures to the most modern forms of psychology recognize the need to balance receptivity and protection. The Mirror and the Wall are elements in every practice. This workshop will explore techniques to mirror and open the connection between you and others and your guidance. Simultaneously, we will learn strategies for setting boundaries that protect us and teach others how to hold themselves accountable. This lets us stay open to them without taking on the endless trouble that they will bring. We want to help people learn not to go into agreement with the forces that work against their light. As usual, we must go first, by opening to the greatest light and standing firm with our shadow. This is how we expand our own power to help others. This is how any person who creates influence gathers the energy and focus to do this over time. The world needs us to be courageous and to be extremely confident about the Mirror and the Wall, and the ability to alternate between these skills. Draw your sword and let’s go!
This workshop is open to any practitioners or business people who want better connection with others and an ability to influence the world.
