Overview of Strategies with Q&A: This is the initial meeting with the staff. Individual employees will be guided to examine the internal blocks to their participation at work. They will receive a quick overview of the problems that make alignment difficult and create gaps in communicating information. Improving these problems can facilitate a harmonious and collaborative environment.
After this initial meeting, the staff have three options to choose from:
Individual Coaching: These sessions address the obstacles to a person’s full potential in meeting their professional goals and collaborating with their team.
Two-Hour Group Workshop: This workshop will teach communication skills to collaborate effectively. Exercises will enhance the group’s ability to identify problems within the team and create solutions. The outcome will be insight into personal insecurities that block creative efforts. In addition, ways will be found to inspire connection and productivity in the group.
